Please read these in full before getting in touch. Commissioning me means you've read and agree to all of the below.

• You're commissioning a piece of original artwork made by me. What you receive — an original, a print, or a digital file — is agreed in your quote.
• Commissions aren't first-come, first-served. I choose which to take on based on the brief, your references, the time involved and my current workload.
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before I begin. The remaining balance is due once you've seen the finished piece, before delivery or dispatch.
• Payments are made by bank transfer. When I send your quote you'll receive a payment reference — please include it with your deposit and final payment so I can track them easily.
• I don't offer refunds once work has started — by commissioning me you accept this.
• I'll share work-in-progress updates as I go — sketch, base colours, then the finished piece.
• Minor tweaks are fine. Major changes to an agreed piece are charged as extra which will be discussed and agreed at the time.
• Do not use my work commercially without permission. Commercial or monetised use is charged as an additional fee (from +100%, agreed per project).
• Do not feed my work into AI tools or training datasets, and don't mint or sell it as NFTs.
• Do not claim my work as your own. Credit me (@supershinyverse / shinyverse.co.uk) if you share it.
• I keep all rights to the artwork I create.
• I may decline any commission request, for any reason.
• I may update these terms and my prices at any time. Already agreed prices will be honoured.
